Cancellation and Refund Policy
Overview
You can cancel your MySA (MySmartAssistant) subscription at any time — whether you are using a free trial or an active paid plan.
Important: Once a paid subscription is activated, it is non-refundable. Please review the policy carefully before subscribing.
Cancellation Options
You can cancel your subscription at any time using any of the methods below:
- Cancelling stops future automatic payments (AutoPay / E-Mandate)
- Access continues until the current billing or trial period ends
- Subscription will not renew automatically after expiry
Option 1: Cancel via MySA Dashboard
- Go to: https://mysmartassistant.ai/dashboard
- Login using your registered mobile number
- Navigate to the Profile section
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Result:
- AutoPay will be cancelled
- No future charges will be deducted
Option 2: Cancel via MySA App
- Open the MySA App
- Go to Profile
- Under Plan Details, tap Manage
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts
Result:
- AutoPay will be terminated
- No future charges will be deducted
Option 3: Cancel via Payment App / Bank
You can cancel directly from your payment provider (Payment apps, net banking, wallets).
Result:
- No further charges will be deducted
- Access continues until plan expires
- Subscription will not renew
Apple App Store Subscriptions
If subscribed via Apple App Store, billing is managed by Apple.
Subscriptions must be cancelled via Apple ID settings. MySA does not control Apple billing, refunds, or cancellations.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once a paid plan is activated.
This includes:
- Partial usage of subscription
- Unused subscription
- Failure to cancel AutoPay
- Change of mind
- Account deletion after payment
- Non-usage of service
