Account Deletion Policy – MySmartAssistant

At MySmartAssistant, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and data. You can permanently delete your account at any time directly from the MySmartAssistant Dashboard.

How to Delete Your MySmartAssistant Account

Follow the steps below to delete your account:

1. Go to the website:
   👉 https://mysmartassistant.ai/
2. Click Login at the top-right corner of the page.
3. Enter your mobile number / WhatsApp number to receive an OTP.
4. Check your WhatsApp for the OTP and enter it on the login screen.
5. Once logged in, navigate to the Profile page.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page and click on the Delete Account button.
7. Confirm your action when prompted.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Once your account deletion is confirmed:

• ✅ Your MySmartAssistant account will be permanently deleted
• ✅ All your reminders, notes, documents, and tasks will be erased
• ✅ Any active subscription will be automatically cancelled
• ❌ You will no longer be able to access your account or data

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Subscription & Billing

• Any active subscription linked to your account will be cancelled immediately upon account deletion.
• No further charges will be applied after deletion.
