Account Deletion Policy – MySmartAssistant (MySA)

1. Overview
This Account Deletion Policy explains how you can delete your MySmartAssistant (MySA) account, what happens after deletion, and important conditions related to billing and data removal.
2. How to Delete Your Account
You can initiate account deletion anytime through your Profile settings.
From MySA Web Dashboard
- Visit: 👉 https://mysmartassistant.ai/dashboard
- Log in using your registered mobile number
- Go to Profile
- Scroll down and click Delete Account
- Confirm your request
From MySA App
- Open the MySA App
- Go to Menu → Profile
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your request
3. Important: Subscription & Billing Notice
⚠️ Action Required Before Deletion
Before deleting your account, you must manually cancel your autopay / e-mandate from your payment app or MySA App/Dashboard.
Why this matters:
- Account deletion takes up to 30 days to complete
- If your renewal date falls within this period, charges may still occur
- MySA does not control external autopay systems once initiated
4. What Happens After You Delete Your Account
Once you request deletion, a 30-day processing period begins.
After this period:
- ✅ Your MySmartAssistant account will be permanently deleted
- ✅ All your reminders, notes, documents, tasks, and data will be erased
- ✅ Any active subscriptions will be automatically cancelled
- ❌ You will no longer be able to access your account or data
5. Irreversibility of Deletion
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your data cannot be recovered
- MySA support cannot restore any information
